BNWAS legislation is now in place to help protect bridge personnel who often find themselves working alone in isolated conditions, however there are other ship's staff who find themselves carrying out their duties in similar isolated conditions, e.g. engineers on standby, catering staff in the galley, night watchmen...etc.

GUARDIAN : SOLO has been developed to help protect these vulnerable personnel.
