GUARDIAN : BNWAS runs on a rock solid (Marine Type Approved) PLC unit connected to, and controlled from, a touch-screen operator display. Fully programmable, our system can be configured to meet individual ship requirements (within the Rules of MSC.128(75).

Visual alarm - local to the bridge

• FIRST STAGE

Audible alarm - local to the bridge

• SECOND STAGE (Programmable)

Audible & visual alarm - Navigators' accommodation area + paging transmission (individual cabins can be selected i.e. duty OOW and/or Master...etc)

• THIRD STAGE (Selectable)

Audible & visual alarm - remaining Officers' area around the ship (can be inhibited)
