GUARDIAN : SOLO
The Galley/Catering version is intended to supplement
any existing emergency alerting system installed
in the galley and catering areas.
It is often the case that the catering staff will
find themselves alone in the galley performing
their duties i.e. early morning breakfast
preparation.
GUARDIAN : SOLO protects the catering staff whilst in
the galley by detecting their movement using PIR
motion sensors. Should he/she remain
motionless, through incapacity or otherwise,
beyond the set time period a pre-alarm is
activated. Failure to respond to this warning
results in the main alarm being activated, plus
the bridge call is activated.
The manual reset buttons are also programmed to
be used as "Call for Assistance". One long press
activates the main alarm and the bridge call
system.
